3:00 pm. Check In

Wildahven’s check-in time is at 3 p.m. You will want to arrive on time so you can enjoy every moment at this beautiful glamping resort. To fall asleep to the peaceful sounds of running water, book one of the heated tents located directly across the Russian River.

3:30 pm. Explore!

Wildhaven’s 10-acre riverfront property has so many great details, including the river and beautiful grounds, as well as the lawn games like ladder ball and corn hole.

4:00 pm. Stock up

To stock up on wine, wine, firewood, and cheese, visit the charming onsite market. To enjoy a truly memorable happy hour, bring the wine and cheese back out to your tent’s patio or picnic table.

6:00 pm. Dinner in Healdsburg

You can drive only 10 minutes to Healdsburg, a charming wine-country community, from your tent. Once there, you will be spoilt with wonderful restaurants. Little Saint is an excellent choice for plant-based, gourmet food and creative cocktails. The newly opened restaurant features beautiful design and sourcing all its fresh produce from Single Thread Farms.

9:00 pm. Fireside Chats and S’mores

After you have returned to your tent, grab your Wildhaven Market s’mores supplies and make your way over to the communal firepits. Enjoy delicious treats and meaningful conversations while looking up at the stars.

Saturday

9:00 am. Camp Breakfast

Wildhaven makes camping easy with its delicious bacon and eggs. Camp kitchens are available for guests to use on the property. They include gas barbecues, tools and picnic tables. There is also a dish-cleaning station with soap and sponges.

10:00 am. Complimentary Yoga

Wildhaven offers Saturday yoga classes that overlook the river for a free. This is a great way to re-center after a morning of bacon and eggs.

Noon. Noon.

There are many wineries within the region. The afternoon is reserved for adventure so make sure to stop by one of these wineries before you go. Dry Creek Vineyard is an excellent choice because you can enjoy it with or without children. You can also bring outside food to make a picnic lunch in the winery’s lovely outdoor picnic area. The Dry Creek Vineyard General Store has all the supplies you need for a picnic.

2:00 p.m. You can choose your own adventure

It’s hard to pick from all the exciting activities in the area. Active people may choose to hike on the family-friendly Healdsburg Ridge Open Space or the Kortum Trail for breathtaking views. You can also rent a cruiser, road bike or go horseback riding at The Ranch in Lake Sonoma. Tubing on the Russian River can be a great way to spend an afternoon if the weather is nice. Guerneville and Jenner, both nearby towns, are great options for a leisurely activity.

6 p.m. Dinner, Glamping Style

For a quick and easy dinner at camp, make sure you grab some prepared sides and mains from Big John’s Market. Big John’s Market has a wide selection of prepared sides, wine, fresh baked goods, gourmet sausages, marinated meats and hot-food items to make a delicious, easy meal.

Sunday

8:00 am. Breakfast at Quail & Condor

The charming bakery is a must-visit when visiting Healdsburg. A testament to this statement is the constant line that forms at the door on weekends. Be patient and you will be treated to some of the most delicious pastries, including the flakiest and gooiest cinnamon rolls and the most generous avocado toasts. You can also get coffee.

10 am. Pack up and check out
